Meet The Team Co-Founder, Director and Choir Leader Dr Alicia Stark Alicia leads our Abergavenny and Cardiff Choirs. ​ ​ Co-Founder, Director and Choir Leader Iori Haugen Iori leads our choirs in Merthyr Tydfil and Pontypridd. He's affectionally known by the CFG team as Scrappy Doo for incredible ability to deliver on the most mammoth tasks in record speed. Co-founder, Director and Choir Leader Izzy Rodrigues Izzy leads our Conwy and Wrexham choirs. Director and Choir Leader Tom Dyer Tom established and leads our Haverfordwest choir. Choir Leader LESLIE CHURCHILL WARD Leslie leads our Conwy choir. Co-founder, Director and Choir Leader Tiffany Evans Tiffany is out in the wild west of Wales and leads our Aberystwyth and Llanidloes choirs. Co-Founder, Impact Manager and Choir Leader Jessica Ruth Haugen Ruth is our Impact Manager and choir leader for our Bridgend and Swansea choirs.
